The Fall Clothing Co does not provide refunds.
However if you would like to exchange an item in regards to sizing issues or a faulty item we are happy to help.
To qualify for an exchange you must:
Contact us within 7 days of purchase via our contact form.
Cover the return shipping cost of your item.
Return the item in a new and unused condition.
If we feel the items have been worn or have not been returned in satisfactory condition you will not qualify for an exchange.
